Doctor Horse (voiced by Peter New) was a character who appeared in horror anime film My Little Pony: Foal Play. He was Rainbow Dash's psychiatrist. Rainbow Dash was placed in his care. Fauntleroy Donaldson, however, sneaks into the mental hospital that holds Rainbow Dash and kills him in the pursuit. Doctor Horse was killed with electric shock to the head.
