Scream: The Legend of Ghostface takes place after Scream 12. Ghostface returns and he is a legend. Melinda might discover something about it. She goes to the mysterious Professor Joesph McKenzie who knows all about Ghostface.

Melinda couldn't bring herself to kill Fifi because she couldn't kill someone she considered a friend and Fifi wasn't evil she was sick, She is sent to a hospital run by Dr Brittany Jacobs..Melinda then goes to Jill's grave she tells her that Fifi was her last victim she can't hurt anyone esle.
